Uralmash – Mining Equipment (a subsidiary of Uralmashplant JSC) will supply a car tilter VBS-110G to Ecolant LLC, Vyksa.
A 195 t side tipper is designed for mechanised dumping of bulk materials from four-axle open cars with the total weight of up to 100 t. The equipment is to be supplied in 3Q22.
Today, Uralmash – ME is designing a new car tipper, a rotary-type machine VRDS-100L for EVRAZ NTMK. This machine will be used at the iron and steel works in Tagil for mechanised tipping of cars with different bulk materials for metallurgical coal and by-product process. As requested by the customer, the equipment will be designed for the installation on an existing foundation.
The car tipper is a long-established product of the Uralmash – ME factory located in Orsk. According to Anton Sokur, the Head of Uralmash – ME Sales Support, this order is a significant step on the road to the return of the company into the handling and homogenising equipment market.
