Stanmore appoints company secretary

The Board of Stanmore Resources Ltd has announced the appointment of Rees Fleming as company Secretary, effective 22 July 2021 following the resignation of Tristan Garthe. Garthe is taking up a position as Stanmore’s nominated CFO to the Metres Pty Ltd joint venture for the development of the Milennium and Mavis Downs Project.
