DXN executes contract with Anglo American for a modular data centre

DXN Ltd, the prefabricated modular data centre specialist, has entered into a contract with AngloAmerican to fabricate and supply a modular data centre.
Highlights:
- The total contract value with AngloCoal (Capcoal Management) Pty Ltd has been reported as approximately AUS$1 million.
- The modular data centre will be deployed at the Capcoal mining complex in Queensland, Australia.
- The contract includes an option for DXN to provide annual maintenance for the facility for five years.
Shalini Lagrutta, DXN’s CEO, commented:
“DXN has developed a standard design for AngloAmerican’s Australian modular data center which is fit for purpose for their mining site requirements. We received a design order at the end of last year for this purpose and the design order has now eventuated into the first deployment for AngloAmerican utilising the pre-approved standardised design. DXN’s team are thrilled to be involved in AngloAmerican’s deployment in the Capcoal mining complex in Queensland.”
