Flexco will exhibit at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2017, (Las Vegas, 7-11 March 2017), showcasing splicing, cleaning, tracking, and belt slippage solutions at Booth S5554.

Flexco will be at Booth S5554, which will feature a full-size conveyor, as well as interactive displays to help attendees better understand the features and benefits of Flexco’s product solutions.

This year, Flexco Strategic Accounts Manager Dick McConnell will be speaking during the educational sessions. McConnell will co-present “Maximising Conveyor Performance – Industry Standards Versus Real World Application”.

On display at the booth will be the newest products, including the PTEZ™ Belt Trainer. The PTEZ responds and compensates immediately to belt misalignment using the tapered end roller profile to engage the training action. This ensures that the belt stays away from the structure and the material stays on the belt without the use of sensor or edge rollers. The PTEZ Belt Trainers can be used on single-direction or reversing belts with speeds up to 1000 fpm (5 M/s).

Flexco will also be featuring the Y-Type™ Secondary Cleaner, a product that is ideal for use in aggregate applications. With standard and heavy-duty options available, the Y-Type offers multiple blade options and easy maintenance at an affordable price.

The Cordless Electric Belt Cutter and Bolt Solid Plate Fastening System will be showcased at the booth as well. Flexco product experts will be on hand to demonstrate the Pneumatic Single Rivet Driver, giving attendees an up-close look at how the tool speeds installation of BR6 Bolt Rivet Plate Fasteners by up to 33%.

Flexco team members will be available to discuss the entire conveyor system and help attendees identify challenges and ways to increase the efficiency and productivity of their operations.
