Anglo American board member steps down

Judy Dlamini, a non-executive director of Anglo American, has notified the board that, with regret, she intends to step down with immediate effect in order to devote more time to her business commitments as Chair of Mbekani Group in South Africa.
Sir John Parker, Chairman of Anglo American, said: "We are disappointed that Judy Dlamini has decided to step down from the Board and we will miss her valued contribution. However, we of course understand the additional efforts she wishes to devote to her business interests. On behalf of the Board, I would like to wish her all the very best as she continues to build upon the many successes of her business".
