Jastrzebska Spólka Weglowa S.A. (JSW) has signed a one-year contract with ArcelorMittal Poland for a supply of coking coal in 2026, valued at PLN 2.1 billion.

The partnership between JSW S.A. and ArcelorMittal Poland is strategic in nature and builds on the companies’ long-standing relationship. The new contract covers both detailed commercial terms and the quality and quantity specifications for raw material deliveries. These arrangements conclude the negotiation process, the progress of which JSW had previously reported in its current reports.
The contract, signed on 13 March 2026, ensures stable offtake of JSW’s coking coal, which is essential for steel production.
For ArcelorMittal Poland, this means securing a supply of a raw material with the specifications necessary to maintain the continuity of its steelmaking processes.
