The environmental assessment (EA) process for Jameson Resources Crown Mountain project in British Columbia, Canada, is “moving forward”, according to a company press release.
The company said that the British Columbia Environmental Assessment Office (EAO) has issued a Section 10 Order, thereby accepting the Crown Mountain project description submitted last month and officially placing the project in the “pre-application phase” of the EA process.
The EAO is expected to shortly issue a Section 11 Order, which will outline the required process for further advancing the EA.
A prefeasibility study of the Crown Mountain project was completed in August and the company is now “executing multiple initiatives to quantify potential upsides”, Jameson said.
