AM Bromley launches tyre monitor system

World Coal,

AM Bromley, in collaboration with ENAiKOON, has launched a unique off the road (OTR) Tyre Monitor System (TMS) that uses advanced telematics technology to provide substantial cost saving benefits, improved safety and longer tyre life.

The new system combines AM Bromley’s TMS with ENAiKOON’s advanced tracking software to deliver an integrated system that offers real time reporting for large off-road vehicles.

Using a software plugin, the ENAiKOON TMS enables integration into an advanced telematics portal, allowing real time reporting of pressure and temperature developments across a fleet of vehicles to both the driver and asset manager.

Cost benefits
Instant notification allows managers to become quickly aware of potential problems with tyre performance, helping them to take necessary counteractive steps. The system consequently helps them to achieve the cost benefits resulting from extended tyre life, reduced tyre maintenance expenditure, improved fuel efficiency and reduced vehicle downtime.

The ENAiKOON TMS also enables the delivery of historical data, truck location and driver behaviour.

Marie Dennis, international account manager at ENAiKOON commented: “AM Bromley has long been at the forefront of tyre monitoring technology and we’ve been delighted to be able to work with them to develop such an industry changing product as ENAiKOON TMS. Our experience in delivering telematics solutions across the globe combined with AM Bromley’s vast expertise means that together we can provide customers with an opportunity to operate with greater efficiency, ultimately producing cost-saving benefits, improving safety and increasing tyre life”.
