Stanmore Resources announces resignation of CFO

Stanmore Resources Ltd has advised that Frederick Kotzee has resigned as CFO, effective 12 August 2021.
The company has commenced the process to appoint a successor and Kotzee will be working with the Board and CEO to achieve an orderly transition during his notice period.
The Board would like to thank Kotzee for his contribution, particularly in helping Stanmore navigate through the challenges of 2020 and wish him well in the future.
