Edenville Energy announces Directorate change

Edenville Energy Plc, the operator of the Rukwa Coal Project in southwest Tan-zania, has announced that Franco Caselli has tendered his resignation as a Non-Executive Director of the company with immediate effect.
The Board thanks Franco for his contribution to the company since joining the Board and wishes him well in the future.
