Atrum Coal Ltd has announced the appointment of Charles (Chuck) Blixt to the Board as a Non-Executive Director.
Non-Executive Director, James Chisholm, said: “We are pleased that Chuck has joined the Board to help develop Atrum’s projects. Chuck has significant experience in strategy development and execution, with a successful track record in diverse businesses across a 40-year career. His legal training and experience across numerous public company boards in North America will assist us in driving shareholder value at Atrum. We welcome Chuck and look forward to his contribution in strategy development and execution.”
“We also welcome Jayram Hosanee to the role of Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr Hosanee is an experienced resources CFO based in Vancouver.”
