Sibanthracite Group changes ownership

A transaction has been closed for the sale of 100% of the shares in the Sibanthracite Group.
The seller was the Alltech Group, and the buyer was Siban Holding.
A new Board of Directors has been elected for the Sibanthracite Group. It includes:
- Albert Avdolyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Elgacoal.
- Irina Belyanova, General Director of A-Property.
- Rodion Sokrovischuk, CEO of Globaltek.
- Alexander Isaev, CEO of the Elgacoal management company.
Dmitry Aga, Maxim Barskiy, and Igor Makarov have retained their seats on the Board of Directors.
