“Head Towards a New State of Mine” is the theme of this year’s CIM 2017 Convention taking place in Montréal from 30 April – 3 May and RCT is excited to join more than 450 other companies in showcasing the latest in mining technology.
RCT is currently busily setting up service branch in Sudbury in Ontario Canada so this year’s event is perfect timing to promote its offering to the Canadian mining market; particularly now that all solutions are backed by local support.
More than 6000 mining industry professionals are expected to attend the four-day event which will be packed full of networking events, technical programs and mining products and solutions.
Now in its 34th year CIM 2017 Convention has cemented itself in the mining industry and RCT is proud to be taking part for the second time, with a state-of-the-art-booth.
“CIM 2017 is the ideal platform for RCT to showcase its Smart Technology offering to the Canadian mining industry and to let people know about our new branch,” said RCT’s Senior Business Development Manager Phil Goode.
“RCT differs from other companies on the market as we have a group of OEM brands under the one banner – meaning we can provide multiple solutions and upgrades when required,” he said.
“Furthermore our RCT Custom team can create and deliver adaptable, bespoke integrated solutions from RCT’s existing technology and IP to suit machine operating requirements, regardless of size or scope of the project,” he said.
“In addition, all of our solutions are backed by local support and training.”
According to PwC Canada’s latest mining report, companies are stronger now than at this time last year and are looking towards new technology and innovations for sustainability.
“These report findings highlight how appropriate our solutions are to the Canadian mining market at present. The added advantage of RCT’s Smart Technology is that all solutions can be adapted to any mobile machine to deliver measurable value,” said Mr Goode.
“It’s a busy time for RCT as the Canadian mining market is quite big, so we are excited about the prospect of helping our clients increase productivity, profitability and safety in their operations for years to come.”
RCT will be showcasing all five brands including: ControlMaster®, Muirhead®, EarthTrack®, AusProTec™ and SmarTrack®. However, the big attraction for attendees will be the chance to experience RCT’s world-class technology first-hand in our Guidance simulator.
In addition to this, RCT’s technical experts, who collectively have more than 107 years of industry experience will be on hand to meet with attendees to answer any questions.
As well as Canada, RCT have branches all over the world, meaning its clients have access to an extensive network of professionals on a local level.
RCT will be at booth 514.
