ALLU Group exhibited and demonstrated its new customer focused technology brand, ALLU TRANSFORMER, at Steinexpo 2017. Alongside demonstrations of the TRANSFORMER D-Series, ALLU proudly showed other members of the extensive range of equipment.

The 10th Steinexpo was held from the 30th August to the 2nd September at Europe’s largest basalt quarry located in Homberg/Nieder-Oflieden. This demonstration-focused trade show is aimed at showing both German and international visitors some of the latest solutions in quarrying and construction. This made it the perfect occasion for ALLU to show how its equipment provides solutions for the quarrying and aggregates industries.

Transforming your business

ALLU exhibited and demonstrated equipment at its 385m2 Steinexpo stand which was located at B13. Amongst the equipment shown included a selection from the ALLU Transformer Series, as well as other customer focused solutions. The equipment exhibited included:

  • Transformer M-Series.
  • Transformer DL Series.
  • Transformer DH 4-17 25TS.
  • Transformer DH 3-17 X75.
  • DN 3-17 25TS.

The solution whatever the material

The ALLU Transformer Series comprises of an excavator/ loader/ tractor mounted processing bucket which screens, pulverises, aerates, blends, mixes, separates, even crushes, feeds and loads materials. This results in the feed material being effectively transformed into highly valuable products, making businesses more efficient, and more profitable.

The ALLU Transformer Series has proved itself on opencast mining, aggregates and quarrying applications world-wide, crushing and loading raw material in one cycle. The Transformer process change reduces the need for buffer storage and extra material transportation, with capital expenditure being lower than for large stationary processing stations. This speeds up the transportation from one site to another, and in some cases even eliminating the need for electricity thus delivering further cost savings and flexibility.

Catering for applications of all sizes, and capable of processing any material that can be screened and sorted, the ALLU Transformer Series comprises of the compact DL & D range as well as the truly massive M Series. All are designed to transform the way in which quarrying and aggregates businesses are able to improve their efficiency and profitability.
