MTG introduces StarMet and ProMet systems

MTG will showcase its StarMet and ProMet products at Bauma Africa. The products offer increased safety and an extended wear life of buckets of excavators and loaders.

This product range is comprised of a large number of teeth-tooth adapter systems and shrouds that provide increased safety, even in highly abrasive grounds as well as increased productivity and longer wear life of the machines.

The MTG Systems StarMet system offers optimum tooth designs for excavators and loaders based on the type of application. All the products include the MTGtwist locking solution, a hammerless technology, which allows carrying out the assembling and disassembling of the parts in a manner that is safer and faster, reducing the stoppage time of the machine.

The MTG Systems ProMet wing and blade shrouds feature an extremely robust design, which is ideal for heavy-duty mining applications. Similar to StarMet teeth and tooth-adapters, the shrouds also include the hammerless MTGtwist locking system, which provides a good lock and prevents losing the pins.
