ALLU Group, a manufacturer of mobile screening and crushing solutions for the mining industry, has seen it’s 2016 marked by continued expansion into the Chinese market, as well as the launch of its largest screener crusher product.
“As China has increasingly promoted a more responsible and sustainable environmental polity, ALLU has taken a well-earned role in the market supporting these roles,” the company said in a press release. “Year 2016 has meant significant growth for ALLU in the Chinese market – over 200%.”
Meanwhile, the company brought the market the “largest mobile screening crusher even manufactured”: the 32 t ALLU G 4-32 F, known as the Monster.
The unit boasts a payload of over 50 t and was designed “as an answer to customers’ needs for cost savings and environmental benefits – both hot topics in the mining industry,” the company said.
In addition, ALLU launched he ALLU DARE data reporting system, which connects to the ALLu screener crusher and enables the customer to monitor performance at the job site, producing data that can be used to manage the work process.
The company also increased the wear characteristics of its blades by 40% and launched new drum and blade designs that allow all ALLU drum and blades to used with all ALLU frames. This increases the flexibility of the equipment, the company explained.
“By changing the wear parts, the customer always has the right kind of attachments in the optimised setup for the application. There is no need to invest in additional equipment.”
