RCT will be joining channel partners, Fasser at this year’s exhibition of global technology and innovation for the mining industry - Exponor in Antofagasta, Chile from 15 - 19 May.
The expo is well-known as a comprehensive showcase of products, services, innovations, advances and improvements offered by mining and industrial suppliers to the global market – and both Fasser and RCT’s products and solutions encompasses exactly that.
RCT teamed up with Fasser last year in order for the company to distribute RCT’s products throughout Chile and Peru and Exponor will be the first expo the companies will work together on and it’s set to formalise the relationship further.
Three of RCT’s technical experts will be on-hand for the duration of the five-day event to discuss the benefits of its auto-electrical, protection systems and fleet management solutions that are adding value to mining companies by optimising the performance of their existing fleets.
“We will be showcasing RCT’s Muirhead®, EarthTrack® and AusProTec® solutions – which offer mobile equipment asset protection; safety and productivity improvement,” said RCT’s Parts Sales Support Manager Andrew Sells.
“While RCT has always had representation in the area via other OEM’s, this product range has never been shown to the Chilean market which is exciting for the team,” he said.
“Our product mix matches with Fasser’s customer base well. Our products help companies in the current mining environment to save money and boost profit in numerous ways including prolonging the life of mobile machines.”
“Exponor is recognised as an international mining show and as a global mining company, it is the ideal platform for both Fasser and RCT to showcase its product range,” he added.
Chile’s mining industry is one of the pillars of the Chilean economy and accounts for 54% of the country’s total metallic and non-metallic mineral production, including 16% of copper production.
“Therefore mining in this region is very important! Exponor is one of the biggest mining expos to be held in South America and RCT is proud to be part of it for 2017,” Mr Sells said.
RCT will be joining Fasser at stands 586 and 587.
