OPG, the developer and operator of coal-fired power generation plants in India, announces that the scrip dividend reference price for the ordinary shares to be issued to shareholders will be 11.275 pence per share.
The scrip reference price was calculated as the average of the company's closing middle market price, for the five consecutive business days commencing on the ex-dividend date, being 8 November 2018.
The dividend payment date and the date of admission and dealing of the new ordinary shares to be issued pursuant to the scrip dividend is expected to be 3 December 2018.
