BHEL bid wins contract for coal power project

Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd Corp. (BHEL) has been award a contract for the supply and installation of a power cycle piping (PCP) package for the 3 x 660 MW Stage-1 of NTCP’s Barh Super thermal power project in Bihar.
The work the project entails includes: design, engineering, manufacture, supply, erection and commissioning of the complete PCP package for the project. The company’s power sector (Eastern Region) will be in charge of the erection and commissioning of the PCP package, its Piping Centre will supply essential equipment.
