ACCCE applauds Committee’s support of Andrew Wheeler as EPA Administrator

On 5 February, the United States Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works voted in favour of Andrew Wheeler’s nomination to serve as EPA Administrator. America’s Power (ACCCE) issued the following statement by Michelle Bloodworth, President and CEO:
“We are pleased that Andrew Wheeler’s nomination to serve as EPA Administrator has moved one step closer to confirmation following today’s vote in the Environment and Public Works Committee.
“Acting Administrator Wheeler is a thoughtful leader who understands the need for sensible environmental policies. His judgement, integrity, and experience will enable him to serve as an outstanding Administrator. We look forward to his swift confirmation by the Senate.”
