Change of ownership for Golding Mining

Stanmore Coal Ltd. has been advised by Golding, its primary Mining Services Contractor that it is being sold to NRW, a Western Australian based mining services contractor.
Stanmore and Golding have built a strong working relationship at Isaac Plains which has been instrumental achieving recent quarterly production records. Stanmore has been assured by NRW and Golding management that Golding management that Goldings will continue to operate under its own brans and it will be business as usual for Isaac Plains, Stanmore look forwards to an ongoing successful relationship with Golding.
Stanmore’s Mining Services Agreement caters for the scenario where the contractor is subject to a change of control. Stanmore is currently working through the relevant consent process.
