Global engineering company, Atlas Copco, has been ranked as the seventh leading company for corporate sustainability, including environmental impact, in this year’s Newsweek Green Rankings.
"This ranking is a proof of Atlas Copco’s successful work in sustainability,” said Mala Chakraborti, vice president corporate responsibility. “Integrating safety, health and environmental issues into our operations create long-term value for the business and we are grateful for the commitment of our employees that make such sustainable, profitable growth possible.”
This is the latest recognition for Atlas Copco’s corporate sustainability. Earlier this year, the company was ranked as one of the most ethical companies by Ethisphere and was included by the Global 100 list as one of the world’s most sustainable companies.
