Australia Pacific Coal appoints CFO and Company Secretary

Australian Pacific Coal Limited has announced the appointment of Mr Andrew Roach as the company's Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.
Mr John Robinson said:
'I congratulate Mr Roach on his appointment. I look forward to working closely with Andrew on the next stage of the company's development following the recent settlement of its acquisition of the Dartbrook Mine in the Hunter Valley. Andrew, a highly qualified and experienced chartered accountant, has a wealth of experience in the resource and financial service sectors. He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer for the ASX-listed Stanmore Coal Limited where he played a key role in the financing of its Isaac Plains Coal Mine through to recommencement of its operations.'
The company has expressed its gratitude and appreciation to Mr Kevin Mischewski for his assistance and dedicated service to the company throughout its transition from coal explorer to coal miner. Mr Mischewski will provide invaluable assistance to AQC in the handover of his responsibilities to Mr Roach. The company wishes Kevin well in his future endeavours.
