Downer Mining delivers Australia’s newest R 9800 mining excavator

Downer Mining recently purchased a Liebherr R 9800 BH excavator for its BMA Goonyella contract mining operations. The new machine added to the fleet of Liebherr excavators purchased since 2009, which includes four R 9800 BH excavators and four R 9400 excavators, used in both coal and iron ore applications.
Downer Mining has been successfully delivering contract mining and civil projects to an impressive list of global customers for over 90 years.
