Terex Trucks appoints three new regional managers

Following the company’s continued commitment to support dealers and customers, Terex Trucks has appointed three new regional managers: Manuel Nemer, Paul Culliford and Joe Sottosanti.

Manuel Nemer will be based in North Carolina, and has been appointed Regional Aftermarket Commercial Manager for the Americas region.

Paul Culliford, now based at the Terex Trucks headquarters in Motherwell, Scotland, has been appointed Terex Trucks’ Regional Aftermarket Business Development manager for Europe, Africa and Russia CIS.

Nemer and Culliford are both responsible for working with dealers to develop parts business and to maximise revenues in their regions.

Joe Sottosanti is based in Fort Worth, Texas and is supporting Nick Love, head of customer support. He has been appointed regional customer support manager for the West Coast of America. He will be working closely with dealers to maintain customer satisfaction in Terex Trucks products and services.

All of the new managers will be responsible for improving customer satisfaction, vehicle off-road awareness, and parts marketing and engagement.“We see ourselves as the specialist in off-road truck solutions and that means continuing to invest in resources that ensure we’re in a position to give the best possible support to our customers and dealers,” explained Sam Wyant, Sales and Marketing Global Director for Terex Trucks. “It is our top priority to meet customer expectations before, during and after the sale of a truck – and our experienced new team members will be instrumental in that.”
