Thermo Fisher appoints Australia dealer

Thermo Fisher has appointed Transmin, a Perth-based provider of bulk materials handling solutions to the mining and minerals processing industries, as the official distributor of its bulk material handling range of equipment in Australia.
The agreement will cover Thermo Fisher’s bulk materials detection and analysis equipment, including tramp metal detectors, belt scales, moisture analysers and integrators, as well as its Ramsey Pro-Line range of conveyor monitoring switches.
“The Thermo Fisher materials handling range is in perfect alignment with Transmin’s own longstanding specialisation in bulk materials handling equipment manufacturing,” said Rob Rhodes, Transmin general manager. “The Thermo Fisher range adds an extra level of integration for us as a business, providing our clients direct access to top of the range detection and analysis equipment.”
As part of the agreement Transmin will also provide the servicing and spare parts delivery of Thermo Fisher equipment in Australia.
