Hillenbrand subsidiary, TerraSource Global, has appointed Jason Burlage as President of the company, succeeding Mark Kohler, who retired on 1 December. Burlage joined TerraSource Global as Vice President of Service and Strategy in 2014 after 14 years at another Hillenbrand business.
“In his new role, Jason is responsible for establishing the strategy for TerraSource Global, developing the team and talent to schieve our strategic objectives and growing our business,” said the company in a press release.
Following Burlage’s promotion, Eric Knock has been appointed Interim General Manager – Parts & Services, Burlage’s former role. Knock was formerly director of sale operations in the Parts & Services Group.
TerraSource Global has also announced that is has restructured in sales and service operations in China and Russia. This includes an expanded parts warehouse in Perm, Russia, and the addition of a 74 000 ft2 facility in Wuxi, China.
“These revitalized China and Russia locations complement existing officed and personnel that we have in Canada, India and Sweden,” said the company.
Meanwhile in the US, the company has been “very active, streamlining and consolidating [its] production sources and improving [its] sales and services processes in an effort to provide even better and faster support to […] customers.” This has included cross-training its parts and services personnel on all three TerraSource Global brands of equipment – Gundlach Crushers, Jeffrey Rader and Pennsylvania Crusher.
