The project was implemented using the investment promotion regime – the Free Port of Vladivostok, which extends to the Uglegorsky District. The SPV resident who purchased and operates new equipment is VGK Logistic.

According to experts, the equipment meets the standards for transporting bulk cargo. Its designs and production technology incorporate advanced technical solutions that correspond to the modern level of the global automotive industry, ensure high performance and reliable operation of the equipment. In addition, the new KamAZ trucks comply with the Euro-5 standard, which places increased demands on the environmental friendliness of cars.

“These road trains are of the year 2018, that is, cars of the ‘second generation’ that are distinguished by increased carrying capacity and advanced structural elements. Compared to the already familiar KamAZs of 2009, the cab in the new car is more comfortable and has a good overview. The engine is one and a half times more powerful, which is felt already on the first trip,” said Yuri Grebe, Driver of VGK Logistic.

All KAMAZ trucks are equipped with the GLONASS system to ensure trouble-free operation of vehicles. The system allows you to monitor the route and speed of traffic, control the level of fuel used. The car bodies are equipped with special tents covering the cargo, which ensure the safe transportation of coal.

To date, more than 500 000 t of coal have been transported by new KamAZ trucks.
