Peabody makes new appointment

Richard has more than 30 years of human resources experience and has been instrumental in leading his previous organisations to achieve Great Place to Work and Top Training Organisation designations. He spent nearly 15 years as Vice President – Human Resources for Shaw Industries Group, Inc., a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, Inc. He also served as a human resources leader for 19 years at Ferro Corporation, a global supplier of technology-based manufacturing, including four years as Vice President – Human Resources.
