Atrum Coal Ltd advises that Chris Brown has resigned as Company Secretary of the company, effective from 30 April 2017, having decided to move back to New Zealand.
Justyn Stedwell has been appointed Company Secretary effective 1 May 2017.
Stedwell is a professional company secretary with a decade of experience with ASX listed companies in various industries, including mining and exploration, IT & telecommunications, biotechnology and agriculture.
