David Mason resigns from Intra Energy

David Mason has resigned from the Board of Directors of Intra Energy Corp. (IEC) due to his appointment as Managing Director of another resources company to prevent any conflict of interest.
The Board has thanked Mason for his invaluable assistance in developing IEC and the Ngaka coal field in Tanzania.
IEC is an Australian-based mining and energy company with coal mining and energy development operations in Tanzania and the East African region. It is the only operating thermal coal miner in Eastern Africa. It's flagship project in Tanzania is the Tancoal mine in the Ngaka Coalfield in Tanzania, operated by Tancoal Energy Ltd, a joint venture with the National Development Corporation of Tanzania.
