SUEK announces change of Chief Financial Officer

On 12 March 2020, Andrei Vanyushin was appointed Chief Financial Officer of SUEK.
Over the past 15 years, Andrei has advanced in SUEK from the Financial Service's Department Head to the Deputy Chief Financial Officer, including the position of Chief Financial Officer at SGC.
Nikolay Pilipenko, who served as Chief Financial Officer from 2016, has left the company.
“Nikolay Pilipenko played a key role in consolidating and enhancing the financial services of SUEK and SGC during the integration of our businesses. We also thank Nikolay for his significant contribution to the company's financial function and improving a large number of procedures in line with international best practice.
Meanwhile, I am sure that Andrei Vanyushin’s in-depth knowledge of all the business processes of the company and extensive expertise in finance will help us further develop in accordance with the priorities and targets of our strategy,” commented Vladimir Rashevsky, SUEK's CEO.
