Acaica Coal sells entire shareholding in Bowen Coking Coal Ltd

On 7 December, Acacia Coal Limited announced that the company has sold its entire shareholding in Bowen Coking Coal Ltd.
The shareholding entirety consisted of 17 391 304 shares, at a price of 1.6 cents per share for total consideration received of AUS$278 261.
This share sale adds to the company’s cash reserves from its recent rights issue, which was completed in October 2018.
