These are shiploaders with a capacity of 1000 tph, which serve the fleet renewed last year with a cargo capacity of 500 t. In addition, in 2017, port grapples with a volume of gripping jaws of 14 m3 were replaced.
The company also plans to replenish its production facilities with a re-equipped Emso-1 loader, which will increase daily transshipment rates to 52 000 - 53 000 t.
"Of course, the new equipment contributes to the efficiency of our work," explains Yuri Gvozdikov, Executive Director of the Shakhtyorsk Coal Port. "But the team also wants to prove itself. We are motivated by the result. In June, we already planned to beat the current record.”
The offshore terminal of the Shakhtersk coal port is the largest coal terminal in the region. In 2017, the volume of coal shipment here amounted to 4.6 million t.
