New completion date set for Glencore-Xstrata merger

Glencore and Xstrata have announced that their proposed merger is now due to be completed by 16 April.
The acquisition was due to complete by 15 March but has been delayed pending regulatory approval from the Chinese authorities.
The merger has so far received conditional approval from other regulators, including South Africa and the EU.
