New spiral cleaning idler

Kinder has introduced a new addition to the company’s range of conveyor belt cleaning systems: the K-Vee Spidler. This spiral cleaning idler offers a maintenance and adjustment-free solution to conveyor belt cleaning.

The belt conveyor cleaner has been designed in response t the bulk handling need for a cleaner suited to heavy material loads on vee return overland conveyors in the mining industry, as well as other industries that employ wide conveyor belts.

Similar to the conventional K-Spidler (a spiral cleaning roller), the K-Vee Spidler has been designed to be interchangeable with existing steel and RDRT rollers. The resilient and wear resistant polyurethane spirals help to clean off sticky carry back on overland conveyors.
