World Coal,
American Electric Power, one of the largest electric utilities in the US, is seeking offers for the supply of coal to one or more of its power plants.
AEP is seeking spot delivery proposals for up to 500 000 short t of coal, FOB barge, beginning in January 2017 and ending in March 2017. The company is open to alternative pricing structures or other innovative, value-added concepts. Proposals with alternative terms will be accepted. Accepted bids will be at AEP's discretion.
