NTPC’s installed capacity reaches 58 156 MW

India’s largest power generator, NTPC, increased its total installed capacity to 58 156 MW today with the commissioning of first unit of 800 MW at Darlipali Super Thermal Power Project in Odisha.

Babcock & Wilcox Construction Co. has received a contract renewal valued at more than US$4 million to provide maintenance services for Public Service Company of New Mexico’s (PNM) San Juan generating station in 2020.
