New CEO for Tenova

Effective 1 July 2015, Andrea Lovato will take over as the CEO for Tenova, a global supplier of advanced technologies, products and engineering services for the global Metals and Mining industries.

The company has also been split into two divisions Metals (managed by Andrea Rocca) and Mining (managed by Frank Hubrich). The division leaders will be responsible for their divisions’ business strategy and results.

“With this new leadership structure, a generational change has begun.” commented Gianfelice Rocca, Chairman of Techint Group. “In the past year, I personally reviewed Tenova’s global business priorities to identify the future pillars of the company. An integral task has been to facilitate the handover process to an international leadership team. This team is now ready to face the challenges ahead with the same passion for technology and innovation that has always been an inherent part of the Techint Group values and of our family business tradition.”
