Bathurst Resources increases output in 4Q14

New Zealand coal miner, Bathurst Resources, has released its 4Q14 activities report, announcing a 71% increase in production on same period in 2013.

Bathurst currently has three operating mines and supplies its coal primarily for local industrial use. Output from the company’s mines totaled 120 662 t for the three months to December 2014, up from 70 474 t in 2013.

The company also announced a restructuring of the company’s board and executive team to reduce overheads going forward.
