Capdeboscq appointed Senior Vice President at Peabody

Peabody Energy have appointed Allen Capdeboscq as Senior Vice President for Corporate Development, the company said in a press statement. Capdeboscq joined the company in 2006 as Vice President for Corporate Business Development before becoming Vice President for Financial and Capital Planning in 2012.
Capdeboscq will report to Chief Development Office, Christopher Hagedorn, and will focus on “value-adding transactions involving the divestitures, non-core asset sales, joint ventures, minority interests, mergers and acquisitions,” the company said.
