DRA Group buys Forge Group North America

DRA Group is to buy the Forge Group North America companies, formerly known as Taggart Global. Following the acquisition, DRA’s Americas operations, including its existing Canadian business, will be consolidated with Taggart and conduct business as DRA Taggart.

The purchase was concluded with the full support of Taggart’s management, who will remain with the company and share an equity stake in the DRA Taggart business.

Growing in the coal preparation and coal handling markets
