Intra Energy Corp. has confirmed that Mr Mark McAndrew has resigned from the Board of Directors of IEC due to increasing personal commitments, however Mr McAndrew will continue to provide the necessary mine planning, engineering and management support to the company and the CEO as an independent consultant.
The recent appointments of the two new directors provide the Board with a good balance of legal and financial skills complementing the operational skills already in place with Jim Shedd as CEO.
The Board has thanked Mr McAndrew for his invaluable contribution to the Ngaka mine operations in Tanzania, and looks forward to a continuing relationship with him.
