Name change for Atrum Coal

At the Annual General Meeting on 30 November 2016, shareholders approved a change to the company name and type from Atrum Coal NL to Atrum Coal Limited converting from a No Liability Company to a Public Company Limited by Shares.
The ASIC has now recorded the change of company name and type on 20 January 2017.
