Atrum Coal Director resigns

Atrum Coal NL has advised that due to on-going medical issues, Mr Robert Bell has resigned from the company, effective immediately.
The Board thanks Bob for his valuable contribution over the past year as Executive Chairman and prior to that as a Non-Executive Director, and wishes him well with his recuperation from a recent illness.
The Board has initiated a search for a suitable Chief Executive Officer. In the interim, Mr Cameron Vorias will continue to oversee the operations of the Company, assisted by Mr Alan Ahlgren, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, and the two non-executive directors, Mr James Chisholm and Mr Craig Burton.
