Hallador Energy Company declares dividend of US$0.04 per share

The Board of Directors of Hallador Energy Company have declared a regular quarterly dividend on its common stock of US$0.04 per share.
The dividend is payable on 15 May 2015, to holders of record at the close of business on 30 April 2015.
Hallador is headquartered in Denver, Colorado and through its wholly owned subsidiary, Sunrise Coal, LLC, produces coal in the Illinois Basin for the electric power generation industry.
