Corsa Coal Director steps down

Corsa Coal Corp., a coal mining company focused on the production and sales of metallurgical coal, has received and accepted the resignation of Michael Harrison as a director of the company, with immediate effect.
Corsa has thanked Michael Harrison for his contributions to Corsa's Board of Directors and its Compensation, Nominating and Governance Committee since his initial appointment in March 2011.
The directors of the company have appointed Kai Xia to succeed Harrison as a director of the company.
