Atrum Coal appoints company secretary

Atrum Coal NL is to welcome Mr Chris Brown as Company Secretary, replacing Mr Theo Renard with effect from 11 January 2017.
The Board thanks Mr Renard for his contribution to the company over the past two years, and in particular, for assisting with the recent capital raise and block trade, the sales joint venture, arranging and presenting to investors and advising the Board throughout his tenure. The Board wishes Mr Renard all the best for his future endeavours.
