Edenville announces total voting rights

Edenville Energy Plc, the AIM quoted company developing the Rukwa coal project in Southwest Tanzania, has announced that in accordance with Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total issued share capital of the company with voting rights is 4 412 241 762 ordinary shares.
No ordinary shares are held in treasury. The figure of 4 412 241 762 ordinary shares may be used by the company’s shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the company under the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
