American Energy makes new appointment

American Energy Partners Inc. (AEPT), a diversified energy company, has appointed John Pippy as President of the company's wholly owned subsidiary, American Energy Solutions LLC. Pippy will assume the role of Chief Strategy Officer for AEPT.
"Mr Pippy's unique background and track record of success in strategic planning, government relations and operations integration are a perfect match for AEPT," states American Energy's Chairman and CEO Brad Domitrovitsch. "His proven ability to think creatively and influence those around him through collaborative efforts are key elements in ensuring internal and external partners are synchronised with and understand our strategic vision."
Pippy has over 20 years' experience in international and domestic government and corporate relations while serving as a Pennsylvania State Representative, Pennsylvania State Senator and most recently as the past CEO of the Pennsylvania Coal Alliance; a trade association representing hundreds of companies in the Pennsylvania bituminous coal industry.
"AEPT is poised to see tremendous growth in 2018 and I'm looking forward to work with the AEPT team and partners as we increase value for our shareholders while having a positive impact on the environment," commented Pippy.
